Collection & Assessment

Devices are collected through our Take-Back Program, IT asset disposition programs, and corporate refresh cycles, then evaluated for potential reuse. This includes retail returns, off-lease equipment, and even damaged or end-of-life products, each managed through tailored recovery pathways.

Data Erasure

All data is securely wiped using globally recognised standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST 800-88, ensuring full compliance and data protection for our partners.

Testing & Processing

Devices are tested, graded, and cleaned to restore functionality where possible.

Quality Assurance

Each unit undergoes multi-point inspection and functionality testing before resale or recycling. Currently, Close the Loop does not offer public-facing direct sales or product warranties.

Reuse or Recycling

Devices suitable for reuse are returned to OEMs or distributed through approved partner channels. Others are responsibly recycled through certified e-waste partners, ensuring nothing goes to landfill.
